I really wanted to shoot these guys and ran from shooting We Came As Romans to try to make it in time to grab a few pictures. I ended up making it into the pit for the last half of their third song, so I was only able to get a few photos. The security guard was rad and let me sit on the barricade near the exit of the pit on his side, and snap photos throughout the rest of the set. Soupy hopped out into the crowd and everyone was yelling at each other, as is the pop-punk way. It was sweet. I still don’t know who this guy is, I’ve been trying to find out since that day, but it’s still a mystery to me. Matt Vogel is just the best photographer. And The Wonder Years are pretty awesome, too. The photo is awesome, also.
